My interest in this world started when I helped my mother as a child. As both my parents worked, I naturally began to assist them, I started to feel the joy of cooking day by day.

After graduating from culinary school and working in restaurants for five years, I joined Hotel Nikko Himeji.
In the banquet department, I improved my skills by preparing wedding and banquet meals.

The appeal of teppanyaki is its performance. I provide dishes with local and seasonal ingredients.
Please enjoy the sounds and aromas of the dishes being prepared in front of you, along with conversations with the chef and the teppanyaki performance.
