“Himeneko” – Hotel’s Original Mascots

In celebration of its 20th anniversary, the original mascot “Himeneko” welcomes a new companion, “Tabby”!

“Himeneko” was inspired by the story that Senhime, a historical figure associated with Himeji Castle, was very fond of cats. The design also reflects the fact that Himeji Castle can be seen from the hotel’s upper floors.

Like a beckoning cat, Himeneko is here to bring our guests moments of happiness and wonderful memories.
